I hope you are all doing very well! I'd like to apologize for being MIA for the past several weeks. It's just been a crazy fall. I am so excited about being off a few days from work this week and spending time with family and friends.
While on break, I'm going to be plotting a revamp of my blog, so I can better serve this community of readers, travelers, and writers! I hope to have it all up and going by the first of the year.
Now for a mini-travel story!
I was just reflecting this week on how two years ago on Thanksgiving I was visiting some friends in Germany. It was quite a memorable holiday!
There were dozens of German, Canadian and American young adults crammed in a small apartment to share a Thanksgiving dinner and later watch American football. There was more than one language spoken in the room and several cultures represented, which was a bit like a modern-day first Thanksgiving meal. It was so special! And a time I'll never forget.

I'd like to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!! And I hope you have a great week!
God Bless and Happy Travels,
